It is valid if you complete the degree in 7 years, that is 7 years from the admission year.

When you complete degree in 4 years, with good percentage or grade, you may get distinction or you will First Class degree.

If you complete degree in 5 years you will get 2nd class degree even if your percentage is above 90.

I think if you complete it it 7 years, you will get a degree
